processes for MSD. I managed the integration of multiple internal business
systems and processes including that of their ERP (Oracle PeopleSoft
Financials) and Primavera P6. I trained and mentored PSO staff in Project
Controls and Project Scheduling supporting 3 unique ship repair product lines
consisting of modernization and service life extension projects of up to $40m
in value with the US Navy being the primary customer. I provided periodical
ETC and EAC based on critical milestones and project peg points. I supported
and collaborated with OII clients and colleagues with program support in multiple
time zones. I acted as an internal Oceaneering consultant and business unit
representative for OII Project Management implementation, Project Controls
and Project Scheduling initiatives. I was the MSD P6 v8.3 administrator and
Lead Project Scheduler controlling access and managing our EPS. I developed
and authored the PSO processes and work instructions. I was the lead
scheduler for high risk and technically challenging repair and engineering
projects and served as part of the Integrated Project Teams. I gave
presentations to our Government oversight authorities regarding our Project
Management System and the roles of our clients and subcontractors within it.
I helped develop MSD’s Change Order process and used a variety of tools in
our “What If” Impact Analysis (Claim Digger, MSP2010). I served as Project
Manager for time and labor collection improvement, Peoplesoft/P6 integration
and MSD’s EVMS Certification Project working to ANSI 748 standards. Acting
Program Support Manager and Business Operations Manager reporting to the
VP/GM with full signature authority. Project
Planner/Scheduler Jefferson Lab - Newport News, VA 2008 to 2011 As a member of the Project Management & Integration team
at Jefferson Lab, I built and edited complex design, procurement, maintenance
and construction schedules as part of a major $310M particle accelerator and
civil facility upgrade; used Primavera P6, MS Project, Fastrack and other
scheduling software tools; worked directly with cost account managers,
engineers, scientists, contractors and technicians in developing high level
EVMS schedules as well as detailed work-plans; built and maintained a fully
costed EVMS certified, heavily constrained, tightly integrated work-plan that
encompassed 12 interrelated engineering, scientific and civil/capital
construction projects; developed projection reports for resource and cost
managers; collected daily and monthly progress in high level management
meetings as well as in the field; analyzed critical path based on resource
availability, accelerations and delays and risks to critical milestones or
changes in scope; assisted in developing configuration control methodologies
and process flow; leveled resources to work plans and contract scope; used my
technical, industry/production and engineering background to assist work
coordinators and project staff in schedule and technical conflict management;
performed very detailed ETC and EAC data collection and reporting. Accelerator
Technologist Jefferson Lab - Newport News, VA 2002 to 2008 While a technologist at Jefferson Lab’s SRF Institute, I was
involved with the development of cryogenic accelerator technologies as well
as the manufacture of highly complex hardware used in nuclear physics
research. I assembled, instrumented and tested superconducting cryostats used
in particle accelerators and free electron lasers; used helium leak detection
equipment to leak check vacuum vessels; utilized LabView and network
analyzers to measure cryomodule performances metrics; designed automated
electronic controls and alarms as needed; developed component assembly
procedures and incorporated into an traveler databases; installed and
repaired electronic instrumentation such as temperature diodes, vacuum
gauges, heating elements, pressure transducers, arc detection devices, piezo
and rf probes: managed, purchased and spec institute parts and instrument
inventories to meet schedule requirements. Performed high level critical work
in Cryogenics, Ultra High Vacuum, High Power RF, Magnetic Fields, Fluid
Dynamics, ODH and RAD worker qualified. Prototype

direct fuel injection systems for internal combustion engines; built
prototype air injectors; performed spray imaging and plume measurement using
a laser/digital camera test chamber; designed and fabricated test and
production fixtures; collaborated with engineers to develop test plans and to
accommodate design changes to improve emissions and performance of internal
combustion engines; used oscilloscopes, proximity transducers, thermocouples,
pressure transmitters, gas and liquid flow meters, current probes, RCL
meters, programmable power supplies, accelerometers, and strain gauges to
collect, plot, and analyze performance data; trouble-shoot and repair
automated air injector assembly line and automated durability test stands;
